Remember the bike clean-up on Sunday!
You are invited to come by the janitor’s office (Lars Kaj) @ 10:00 (10 am). The dorm’s association will provide free pizza and drinks afterwards to all participants! We usually spend 2-3 hours to gather the bikes and mark them together with a couple of the janitors and their tractor.

You have already received one blue cable tie in your mailbox; additional cable ties can be picked up by the janitor’s office in his opening hours. You are to attach the cable tie to the seat post (or a similar, visible place).

All bikes shall be marked or they will be removed! This goes for everything else placed in/around the bike sheds and bike racks.
All collected bikes are handed over to the police district’s “lost & found”-office immediately after the clean-up.Remember the bike clean-up on Sunday!

Der vil blive afholdt cykeloprydning på kollegiet søndag d. 8. maj 2016. Alle er hermed indbudt til at give en hånd med, sådan at vi i fællesskab, kan få ryddet ud i gamle cykler og affald på kollegiet.

I vil modtage én strips i jeres postkasse når vi nærmer os dagen. Denne skal monteres på saddelpinden på Jeres cykel, såfremt I ikke ønsker den fjernet under cykeloprydning. Ydermere skal al andet materiel i eller omkring cykelskurene/-stativerne også mærkes på en lignende, synlig måde.

Yderligere strips kan fås hos varmemesteren i dennes åbningstider (på et senere tidspunkt, men i god tid før oprydningen).

You will all receive one coloured strip in your mailbox when we get closer to the event. If you wish to keep your bike, please put the strip on the seatpost of your bike.
Additionally, everything elso placed in or around the bike shed’s, shall be marked in a similar, visible fashion. Additional strips can be picked up at the janitor’s office during opening hours (at a later point, but in due time before the clean-up).

I perioden mandag d. 25/1 – fredag d. 29/1 vil der i skiftende perioder være lukket for det varme vand og vandforsyningen som helhed ifm. fejlsøgning.
Arbejdet pågår kun 8.00 – 16.00 i perioden.

Vi afventer stadig nye computere til kontoret.We are still awaiting the new computers for the office.

Vi har pt. ikke synkronisering mellem KABs og vores system.
Dette betyder, at vi ikke kan opdatere beboerlisten med ind- og udflytninger. Nye beboere som kommer forbi netgruppens kontor for at åbne en internetkonto vil ligeledes opleve lidt ventetid, da vi skal have oprettet Jer manuelt.

Vi håber på, at forbindelsen bliver reetableret før slutningen af uge 38 (næste uge).We do not currently have synchronization between KAB’s systems and ours.
This means that we cannot update the resident lists properly with move-in’s and -out’s. New resident’s coming by the Netgroup’s office to sign-up will also experience some waiting time, as we have to put you in manually.

We hope to be able to establish the link before the end of week 38 (next week).

Omkring kl 4 startede der en brand på et af køkkerne på ST-ulige.
Alle beboere på ST og i O og S-lejlighederne kom hurtigt ud og ingen er kommet noget til.
Der er vand- og sodskader på værelserne i ST, men skadesservice er i gang. Vi håber på at kunne komme ind og hente lidt ting indenfor et par timer, men værelserne er ubeboelige de første par dage.
De beboere der har behov, er blevet tilbudt genhusning.

Netgruppen har været i kontakt med Telenor omkring antenneproblemer, som bl.a. resulterer i manglende signal og/eller dårligere internetforbindelse på deres netværk.

Antennen som dækker adressen er nede, men de er i gang med fejlretning!

*OPDATERING* 20/4-2015 skulle fejlen være rettet. Oplever man problemerne igen indenfor de næste par uger, så kontakt gerne netgruppen, så vil vi henvende os til Telenor.The Netgroup has been in contact with Telenor regarding antenna problems, which results in loss of signal and/or an experienced worse internet connection on their network.

The antenna covering the dorm is down, but they’re working on getting it back online!

Telia and Telenors joint network is also used by (among others) CallMe, bibob and CBB.

*UPDATE* 20/4-2015: The antenna should be working again. If you experience the same problems over the course of the next couple of weeks, please contact the Netgroup and we will relay the message to Telenor.
