For at bo på kollegiet skal du være studieaktiv. Dette betyder, at du skal gå på en SU-godkendt uddannelse eller have mindst 23 timers undervisning ugentligt, hvis du tager enkeltfag på HF på studenter-niveau eller 16 timers undervisning ugentligt, hvis du tager supplerende enkeltfag på studenter-niveau.
Du er ikke berettiget til at bo på kollegiet, hvis du er uden for uddannelse eller er Ph.D-studerende.
Studieskift
Hvis du vælger at skifte studie, mens du bor på Nybrogård kollegiet, er det dit ansvar at melde studieskiftet til sekretariatet. I dette tilfælde vil du blive bedt om at udfylde en ny studiekontrol i henhold til dit nye studie. Starter du ikke på et nyt studie med det samme, skal du søge dispensation til at blive boende på kollegiet i denne overgangsperiode. Du søger om dispensation ved at udfylde og aflevere en skriftlig dispensationsansøgning hos sekretariatet.
Mellem uddannelser
Hvis du færdiggør din uddannelse, men har planer om at læse videre senest tre måneder efter din forrige uddannelses afslutningsdato, kan du søge om dispensation for denne overgangsperiode. Det gør du ved at udfylde og aflevere en skriftlig dispensationsansøgning hos sekretariatet. Du vil i løbet af dispensationsperioden blive bedt om at fremvise studiedokumentation fra dit nye uddannelsessted.
Færdiggør du din uddannelse og har planer om at læse videre efter mere end tre måneder efter din forrige uddannelse sluttede skal du søge dispensation hos bestyrelsen. Dette gøres ved at skrive en dispensationsansøgning til bestyrelsen@nybro.dk.
Efter endt studie
Efter endt studie kan du søge op til tre måneders dispensation hos sekretariatet. Det gør du ved at udfylde og aflevere en skriftlig dispensationsansøgning hos sekretariatet.
To live in the dormitory, you must be an active student. This means that you must attend a SU-approved education program or have at least 23 hours of active studying activities weekly, if you are taking single HF-courses or at least 16 hours of active studying activities weekly, if you are taking supplementary single courses at high-school level.
You are not eligible to live at the dormitory if you are not actively enrolled in a study program or if you are a PhD-student.
Change of studies
If you choose to change studies while being a resident at the dormitory, it is your responsibility to report your change of study to the secretariat. In this case, you will be asked to fill out a study declaration specifying the required information about your new study program. If you are not going to be starting your new study program right away, you can apply for dispensation for a period of maximum three months that will allow you to stay at the dormitory in this transitional period. To apply for dispensation, you must fill out and hand in a dispensation application to the Secretariat.
Between studies
If you have finished your study program, but have plans to continue your studies within three months from your previous study program’s end date, you can apply for dispensation to for this transitional period. To apply for dispensation, you must fill out and hand in a dispensation application to the Secretariat. During the dispensation period, you will be asked to provide documentation with relevant information about your upcoming study program.
If you have finished your study program, but have plans to continue your studies after more than three months from the end date of your previous study program, you can apply for dispensation to for this transitional period by contacting the Board at bestyrelsen@nybro.dk. To apply for dispensation, you must fill out and hand in a dispensation application to the Board.
After graduation
After graduation, you can apply for dispensation for a period of maximum three months. To apply for dispensation, you must fill out and hand in a dispensation application to the secretariat.
