[:da]Hver gang på kollegiet har en køkkenkasse, som alle beboere indbetaler 30 kr. pr. måned til. Pengene trækkes automatisk samtidig med huslejen månedligt og indsættes på kollegianerforeningen NYKs konto. Herfra udbetales de til gangens kasserer, der vil have dem til rådighed snarest muligt efter månedens start.
Jf. afstemning i beboerrådet skal en køkkenkassekasserer registreres formelt for at modtage pengene. Dette gøres vha. denne køkkenkasseformular (pdf) (kan også findes som docx her). Formularen skal udfyldes og underskrives med underskrifter fra 14 beboere på gangen. Formularen og proceduren er senest opdateret på beboerrådsmøde 4. november 2024. Herfra undtages dog førstegangsregistrering ifm. implementeringen af systemet i sommeren 2016.
Den underskrevne formular indsendes til kasserer@nybro.dk, hvorefter køkkenkassekassereren tilføjes til maillisten kkk@nybro.dk, som kan bruges til kommunikation kassererne imellem og for NYKs kasserer til at kontakte køkkenkassekassererne. Eventuelle fejl ved maillisten rapporteres til netgruppen.[:en]Every hallway on the dorm has a kitchen account which all residents pay 30 kr. monthly towards. The amount is automatically deducted together with the rent monthly and are inserted into the account of NYK, the resident’s association. From here, the amount is paid out to the hallway’s kitchen accountant, whom will have the money available as soon as possible after the start of the month.
Following a vote in the resident’s council, a kitchen accountant shall be registered in order to receive the amount. This is done using this form (pdf) (can also be found as a docx version here). The form must be completed and signed by 14 residents from the hallway. The form and procedure were updated at the resident’s council meeting on November 4th, 2024. The first time register during the implementation of the system in the summer 2016 is however exempted from providing the minutes of a kitchen meeting.
The signed form shall be mailed to kasserer@nybro.dk. Hereafter the kitchen accountant is added to the maillist kkk@nybro.dk, which can be used as a mean of communication between the kitchen accountants and for the accountant of NYK (the resident’s association) to contact the kitchen accountants. Any errors on the maillist should be reported to the netgroup of the dorm.[:]
